THE ABILENE
The Abilene plan is a two-story, 2-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom barndominium-style home. Featuring a spacious loft and a stunning second floor covered deck that is perfect to have with a view! This is a 30’x48′ building with a total of 2,147 sq. ft.
THE HASTINGS
The Hastings plan is a two-story, 3-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom barndominium-style home. Featuring an open concept living space, farmhouse style front patio, and plenty of built-in storage! This is a 60’x40′ building with a total of 2,400 sq. ft.
THE TUSCALOOSA
The Tuscaloosa plan is a two-story, 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom barndominium-style home. Featuring a spacious loft, monitor style exterior, large pantry, and master wet room! This is a 56’x40′ building with a total of 2,684 sq. ft.
THE NEW ORLEANS
The New Orleans plan is a two-story, 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom barndominium-style home. Featuring a beautiful gambrel exterior, open concept throughout, spacious loft, and “his” and “her” master closets! This is a 40’x50′ building with a total of 3,104 livable sq. ft.
